Grilled chicken skewers marinated in spices and served with ajvar for a flavorful twist.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup ajvar
Instructions:
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Toss the chicken cubes in the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour.
- Grill the Skewers: Thread the chicken onto skewers and grill on medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
- Serve with Ajvar: Once grilled, serve the skewers with ajvar on the side or drizzle the ajvar directly over the chicken.
