Grilled Chicken Skewers with Ajvar

Grilled chicken skewers marinated in spices and served with ajvar for a flavorful twist.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup ajvar

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Toss the chicken cubes in the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour.
  2. Grill the Skewers: Thread the chicken onto skewers and grill on medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
  3. Serve with Ajvar: Once grilled, serve the skewers with ajvar on the side or drizzle the ajvar directly over the chicken.
