Ingredients:

- Blue cheese
- Creamy brie
- Meats:

- Salami

- Pickles: Gherkins or pickled onions
- Bread: Sliced baguette, crusty bread, or crackers
- Fresh fruit: Pear slices and grapes
- Honey (optional, for drizzling over the blue cheese)
Instructions:
- Arrange the Cheeses: Slice the smoked provolone and brie, then leave the blue cheese whole for cutting. Place them on the platter.
- Add the Charcuterie: Arrange the prosciutto, salami, and chorizo on the platter in folds or rolls.
- Add Ajvar: Spoon ajvar into small bowls and place them strategically for easy dipping.
