Veggie and Ajvar Cheese Platter

A vegetarian-friendly platter filled with fresh, crisp veggies.

Ingredients:

  • Ajvar (mild or spicy)
  • Cheeses:
    • Mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
    • Aged cheddar
    • Goat cheese
  • Fresh vegetables:
    • Carrot sticks
    • Cucumber slices
    • Cherry tomatoes
    • Bell pepper strips
  • Nuts: Cashews or pistachios
  • Bread: Crackers or pita chips

Instructions:

  1. Arrange the Cheese: Place the mozzarella balls, cheddar slices, and small portions of goat cheese around the platter.
  2. Add Ajvar: Put ajvar in small bowls and place them around the platter for easy dipping.
  3. Add Veggies: Cut the carrots, cucumber, and bell peppers into strips and arrange them on the platter. Add a few cherry tomatoes for color.
  4. Add Nuts: Sprinkle cashews or pistachios on the platter for added crunch.
  5. Serve with Bread: Include pita chips or crackers to complete the veggie-friendly spread.
